Celebration Day

Dear Parents & Carers,

CELEBRATION DAY – FRIDAY 13TH DECEMBER

We will be having a ‘Celebration Day’ on Friday 13th December 2019 to raise awareness and money for Save the Children and the Hertfordshire Air Ambulance.

On Friday 13th December children are invited to wear a red top or accessory (hairband, hat, bracelet, scarf etc.) or a Christmas jumper to school.  They are welcome to bring in a voluntary donation if they wish to, but are still invited to take part if they prefer not to make a donation.  Any money raised will be shared equally between Save The Children and the Hertfordshire Air Ambulance.  During Celebration Day the children will be taking part in some festive and creative activities, although normal lessons will, of course, also take place on this day together with the other planned activities

With the Christmas jumper or red item, we ask that children wear the rest of their uniform as they would normally, ensuring that they are dress in a way that is appropriate to a purposeful, safe working environment. If students have PE on that day please ensure that they have their PE kit in school as usual.

Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any questions.

 Yours sincerely,

MRS R COLLINS
